A Space Adventure - Drama and Composition





























In their groups, pupils wrote an exciting composition on a Space Adventure. After that, they had to use the props to create a drama using their story.

Children's Day Party






















We had a Children's Day Party where pupils brought some food items to be shared among their classmates. We had a great feast. Some pupils even performed and sang during that day. Everyone enjoyed themselves on that day.

Trip to NEWater Plant 19 September 2008

















We went to an excursion to the Newater Plant to learn how Newater is created. Using the information they had gathered there, the pupils had to complete a cross-word puzzle worksheet.




Learning Time using a Clock











To learn the topic of Time, pupils were given a template of a clock and two their arrows (hour hand and minute hand). They designed their clock and used it to learn the topic of time.

Show-and-Tell on Endangered Animals






















Pupils did a Show-and-Tell on an endangered animal which they had done a research on. Through these Science Project, pupils learnt more about these animals and how they can do their part to help them. Love and Care for all living things are inculcated in this lesson.






Gathering data and plotting authentic graphs
























Pupils were given a row of stickers. They had to paste their stickers into different tables such as "Hobbies", "Ambition", "Favourite Cartoons" etc. After pasting their stickers, each group was given a different table. The pupils from each group had to create a bar graph using the data they had gathered from their tables.




Creating an Acrostic Poem on Earth

















In their respective groups, pupils created an acrostic poem on Earth. As the word "Earth" has 5 letters, each pupil created a line each for the poem. After that, they presented their poems to their peers.
